Mini Past Life Regression (30 mins)

In this online one-to-one session you will experience a regression session to help you uncover the reasons why you are experiencing certain challenges in your life. What happens when I am in a hypnotic trance?

It varies for everyone. For most people it is like a daydream. You will still be aware of everything around you and you're totally in control of what you are saying. Some people go deeper but the experience varies. It is like a meditative state, like when you first wake up or start dozing off in front of the TV! As we all go into this state naturally several times a day, it is a perfectly safe process and you are in control of your environment and the memories that come up during the session.

What happens if I can't visualise?

Everyone is able to visualise, even if you think you can't, however, if it doesnt' come naturally you may still get impressions of past lives using your other senses or you'll just have a sense of knowing. In rare cases some people are unable to experience hypnosis or a past life. You are paying for my time and the experience so there are no refunds if this happens; howe in those instances, I will work with you to try several alternative approaches to ensure you get the most out of the session. our subconsious mind is very powerful and its main job is to keep you safe. It will therefore ensure you don't go into any regression experience that you are not ready for.

Is Past Life Regression therapy or fun?

I am an NCH accredited professional hypnotherapist and have been trained in therapeutic techniques, which I use in all of my hypnotherapy sessions, including past life regression sessions. The process remains the same. I take this process seriously and my aim is for you to have a safe and productive session as well as it being fun to experience another life. A lot of people who book for fun and entertainment often find it to be an experience that opens their minds and has positive effects on their lives afterwards.

Well. Very interesting indeed. Totally open minded going into these sessions. Never done anything quite like this before or on this level.
