I understand that I will only receive a refund if I cancel this session giving at least 48 hours notice. I have the right to cancel within 14 days with no explanation needed. No refunds are due once the session has started. If my coach cancels I will be offered the choice of another appointment or a refund.

I, the coach am not liable for any damages, direct or indirect, resulting from the session. My liability is limited to the amount paid for the session, and I am not liable for any consequential losses.

Any processes, methodologies, tools and resources used during the session are copyrighted and must not be used outside of the session without written permission from the coach.
